Our Month-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have most of the details in place but need a professional to step in and pull everything together. Starting 6 weeks before your wedding day, we review your run of show, fine-tune logistics, confirm vendor details, create a detailed timeline, and more. On the big day, we’re there to manage setup, keep everything running smoothly, and handle any last-minute surprises—so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
*This package includes all the services from our Day-of Coordination package (detailed below), plus the following pre-wedding support:
♥ Coordination for traveling and week-of-wedding needs, such as planning support for guest transportation and hotel blocks.
♥ Customized structure and order of wedding ceremony events: including reading suggestions and reference materials to ensure your ceremony best reflects you and captures your love story.
♥ Game plan and outline for your ceremony rehearsal.
♥ Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline, from the moment you wake up to the reception tear down, to ensure seamless execution on your big day.
♥ Vendor coordination and communications, beginning 4 weeks before your wedding, including logistic discussions and tracking of final payments (paid by the client).
♥ Development and distribution of personalized schedules and timelines for each vendor.
♥ Oversight of performers, including musicians, singers, readers, and emcees, to ensure smooth execution.
♥ Unlimited communication (text and email) starting day one and unlimited consultations (via Zoom or phone call) 6 weeks before your big day.
♥ Full day-of-wedding coordination services with 10 hours of on-site support on the day of your wedding.
Day of Wedding Coordination
Our Wedding Day Coordination service ensures that every detail you’ve planned is executed smoothly, so you can focus on celebrating.
On the wedding day, we handle setup, coordinate vendors, manage the schedule, and troubleshoot any unexpected hiccups—so you and your loved ones can be fully present and stress-free.
Our day-of-coordination services are ideal for couples who have planned their wedding from start to finish but need a professional to handle the details on the big day.
♥ Pre-wedding timeline creation and guidance
♥ Unlimited communication leading up to wedding
♥ Cueing and executing transitional periods and timeline events (in coordination with the MC and officiant), including Guest Arrival, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
♥ Your built in “personal assistant” throughout the wedding day
♥ On site point of contact for your vendors
♥ Set up and tear down help
♥ Placement of additional items not handled by venue: completed DIY decor, wedding programs/menus/place cards, guest book, favors, etc.
♥ Distribution of flowers to wedding parties and family
♥ Final inspections on setup, seating placements/count, table/escort cards, decor, etc.
♥ Support for guests in need of special assistance
♥ Dessert set up/décor
♥ Ceremony oversight and assistance
♥ Transportation of personal items for the ceremony and reception (guestbook, favors, etc.)
♥ Cue wedding Grand Exit/Send-Off and distribute your purchased (i.e., sparklers, bubbles, glow sticks, etc.) to guests
♥ Transportation of gifts and personal items into designated cars, room, etc.
♥ Access to master documents and templates (including seating chart organizers, timeline hacks, and more)
♥ Execute final vendor payments and/or gratuities to vendors (paid by the client)

Designed for couples who want comprehensive coverage throughout their wedding day. This package provides an extra cushion of time for everything to unfold beautifully, from preparations before the ceremony to managing key transitions into the reception or for celebrations at more than one location.

This package offers a balanced level of coordination, allowing you to enjoy your day with confidence. Whether you want help with final setup details, vendor coordination, or ensuring the reception flows smoothly, I’ll be there to handle the behind-the-scenes so you can focus on celebrating.
A Timeless Affair
12 HOURS
For couples who want complete peace of mind, this package provides all-day, hands-on support from the earliest preparations to the final farewell. Whether you need help with setup, coordinating every sentimental moments, or ensuring the last dance and send-off go off without a hitch, I’ll be by your side, ensuring every detail is flawless.
For distances more than 90 minutes outside of Portland, a
mileage fee and $40 per additional hour may apply.
